Services by the Association

Provides monthly open meetings for the conduct of community business. Provides access to monthly minutes which contain information regarding

        * financial affairs                                                           * community activities                                                   * improvements to facilities                                            * the status of projects underway

 Amenities provided within our gated community are             * a swimming pool, which also has a hot tub,                  *  two gazebos, each with interior seating,                      * a two story clubhouse building containing                           - a large meeting/activity room with kitchen,                   - a small meeting/activity room,                                   - an exercise room with equipment and a TV,                  - an office room, and                                                     - two restrooms on each floor,                                  * an outdoor putting green, and                                      * community walking/jogging paths.
